Shawn Redfern is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the CFO for a leading company in the alarm industry, Shawn has built a strong foundation in financial management and leadership. In addition to his corporate role, Shawn is dedicated to creating positive change in the gaming world as the Treasurer and Interim Secretary of Qweerty Gamers, an organization focused on fostering inclusivity and diversity within the gaming community.
As a passionate gamer, Shawn has been streaming and building a supportive, diverse community for the past four years. This unique blend of finance expertise and personal engagement within the gaming world fuels his mission to create a more welcoming and inclusive space for all players.
Enrique Cavazos (he/him) is a Queer Mexican Gamer who has embarked on an extraordinary journey from Mexico to Texas now in NYC. With a unique blend of experience in Media and Entertainment, coupled with a strong foundation in Business Administration Operations and People Operations, Enrique is the driving force behind the realization of outstanding projects and missions. In addition to his professional experience, Enrique loves taking a presence in the online world. He wears multiple hats as a streamer, a host, a moderator, and a creative producer. His passions encompass a wide spectrum, from photography, and filmmaking, to content production. Enrique's philosophy revolves around creating and claiming space for marginalized communities. He ardently believes that representation serves as an open invitation for individuals to pursue their dreams and ambitions.
