William Yeromian - Board Secretary
Meet William Yeromian, known as Roselouve (he/him/they), a proud gamer, dedicated Twitch streamer, and aspiring lawyer who seamlessly blends his genuine passion for gaming with a lifelong commitment to compassion. As someone who personally battles Hidradenitis Suppurativa, Rose not only raises awareness but actively advocates for finding a cure by organizing fundraisers for notable nonprofits like the International Association of Hidradenitis Suppurativa Network and the Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation. Motivated by a deep desire to uplift the disadvantaged, Rose's pursuit of a law degree serves as a powerful driving force, propelling him towards a future where he can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. Additionally, Rose leverages his platform to amplify LGBTQIA+ visibility and representation, recognizing the importance of fostering an inclusive and diverse gaming community.
Enrique Cavazos - Board Member
Enrique Cavazos (he/him) is a Queer Mexican Gamer who has embarked on an extraordinary journey from Mexico to Texas now in NYC. With a unique blend of experience in Media and Entertainment, coupled with a strong foundation in Business Administration Operations and People Operations, Enrique is the driving force behind the realization of outstanding projects and missions. In addition to his professional experience, Enrique loves taking a presence in the online world. He wears multiple hats as a streamer, a host, a moderator, and a creative producer. His passions encompass a wide spectrum, from photography, and filmmaking, to content production. Enrique's philosophy revolves around creating and claiming space for marginalized communities. He ardently believes that representation serves as an open invitation for individuals to pursue their dreams and ambitions.
Ghiyom Turmel - Board Advisor
Ghiyom Turmel (he/him) has over a decade of experience across the video games industry (Ubisoft, Riot Games). True 'Jack of all trades', Ghiyom has led projects and initiatives across IT, Finance/HR, Security, Marketing, Publishing, Book, etc. Currently, he is working towards his PhD in Management (Focusing on Organizational Inclusion & Diversity). Always passionate about giving back, he is involved as a board advisor with Qweerty Gamers as well as a member of the Board of Directors for 'Stream for a Cause'.
Chandler Poling - Board Advisor
Chandler Poling (he/him) is the Co-Founder of White Bear PR, a Public Relations firm specializing in the Entertainment Industry. Chandler has run successful Oscar, Golden Globe, Grammy, BAFTA, and Emmy campaigns throughout his career.
